Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base/Strategic Weapons Facility Atlantic, Georgia
The claim: (1,600 W76/Trident I warheads; 400 W88/Trident II warheads; 160 W80-0/Sea-Launched Cruise Missiles) Kings Bay, 16,000
What it really is: Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay is a major Navy base that is the home port for the U.S. Atlantic Fleet's ballistic missile nuclear submarines which are armed with Trident missile nuclear weapons. Whether the base actually keeps any nuclear missiles on site is unknown as such information would most likely be considered top secret, but even if the base did have nuclear weapons on site, it wouldn't be unexpected considering the base does support ballistic missile nuclear submarines.
While the base does cover 16,000 acres, 4,000 of those acres are protected wetlands.

Fort Stewart, Georgia
The claim: Savannah area - FEMA designated detention facility
What it really is: Fort Stewart is a large US Army post, and also trains members of the National Guard there as well. The base also families living there, whom live in military housing units that are typical for bases of such size.
I've also taken a look at the satellite view of the base via Google maps, and none of the buildings there actually look like it something from a prison camp. Everything there looks like what you would typically find on a normal military base.

Fort Gillem, Georgia
The claim: South side of Atlanta - FEMA designated detention facility.
What it really is: The base houses many different supply and support units including the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Laboratory and the 3rd MP Group (CID), both units of the United States Army Criminal Investigation Command, and employs 456 active duty Army personnel, 1,663 Army reservist, and 1,667 civilians.
The base itself houses many large buildings there that appear to be warehouses, some of which are right across the street from civilian houses. The base itself is surrounded by the city of Forest Park. It seems unlikely that a FEMA camp could be hidden here.

Hawkinsville, Wilcox County, Georgia
The claim: Five miles east of town, fully manned and staffed but no prisoners. Located on fire road 100/Upper River Road
What it really is: Most likely the facility that is being mistaken for a FEMA camp is the Pulaski State Prison, a medium security prison that was opened in 1994, and houses over 1,200 female inmates.

Camilla, Georgia
The claim: Mitchell County, south of Albany. This FEMA facility is located on Mt. Zion Rd approximately 5.7 miles south of Camilla. Unmanned - no prisoners, no staff.
What it really is: First, Mt. Zion Rd is not south of Camilla, it's east of it.
The only buildings around that area that might even come close to being mistaken for a FEMA camp are some long warehouses in a wooded area behind a house that look like they are being used for some storage areas for a farm (as there is a lot of farm land there).

Morgan, Calhoun County, Georgia
The claim: FEMA facility is fully manned & staffed - no prisoners.
What it really is: There is a facility there that is pretty darn big, and even had me confused for a while, but eventually I found out what it was. It is the Calhoun State Prison. It is a medium security prison that was opened in 1994, can hold over 1500 prisoners, and is run by the Georgia Department of Corrections.

Oglethorpe, Macon County, Georgia
The claim: facility is located five miles from Montezuma, three miles from Oglethorpe. This FEMA prison has no staff and no prisoners.
What it really is: After reviewing the area on Google maps in satellite mode I've determined that the location that is most likely being mistaken for a FEMA camp are multiple long animal warehouses at a poultry farm owned by Tyson Foods (I.E. giant chicken coups).

Unadilla, Dooly County, Georgia
The claim: Manned, staffed FEMA prison on route 230, no prisoners.
What it really is: After taking a look at the town on Google maps in satellite mode, I believe I have determined three possible locations that are being mistaken for this alleged FEMA camp.
The first one could be Clothing Carnival.
The second one could be Brannen Motor Co.
And the third one could be the local Red Carpet Inn.

Ft. Gordon, Georgia
The claim: West of Augusta - No information at this time.
What it really is: It's home of the United States Army Signal Corps, a critical part of military intelligence.
Considering the fact that whomever made this claim didn't even know this about the base, nor do they make any actual claims about the base (including saying they have no information about the place) this leads me to believe that this place was just picked out of random.

Ft. McPherson, Georgia
The claim: US Force Command - Multiple reports that this will be the national headquarters and coordinating center for foreign/UN troop movement and detainee collection.
What it really is: Ft. McPherson was a very old army base. In fact several buildings there are now on the National Register of Historic Places.
Opened in 1885, it continued operating until it was finally closed on September 15, 2011, and is now going to be used for public use. In fact 150 acres are going to be converted into green space for a park, and several housing are actually going to be used for low income housing, and even housing for the homeless.
There are several other things I could go into about what the fort is going to used for, but what I can tell you what it will not be used for is a command for the UN.

Ft. Benning, Georgia
The claim: Located east of Columbus near Alabama state line. Rex 84 site - Prisoners brought in via Lawson Army airfield.
What it really is: Ft. Benning is a huge army base, and currently supports more than 120,000 active-duty military personal, their family members, reserve component soldiers, retirees, and civilian employees.
After using Google maps in satellite mode (and street mode when available) I could only find a few buildings that might be mistaken for a prison, but upon closure examination I found out they were actually garages and warehouses for holding military equipment and vehicles.
Considering the fact that so many people are there (many being civilians) and the fact that it is right next to a major city (Columbus) it seems highly unlikely that this would be the site of a FEMA camp, or that such a site could be hidden here in the first place.
Also it should be noted that it is unknown if this was a Rex 84 site (or if there were any Rex 84 sites to begin with).
