What it really is: March Air Reserve Base is an Air Force Reserve base (I.E. not the main Air Force), but also contains units from the Army, Navy, and Marine Reserves as wall as the California Air National Guard.
There is also an air show there that is held every two years in March, and there have been several proposals in recent years to make the base a joint military/civilian airport.

Guantanamo Bay, Cuba
The claim: US Marine Corps Base - Presently home to 30,000 Mariel Cubans and 40,000 Albanians. Total capacity unknown.
What it really is: Actually it's a navy base, not a Marine base.
Most of the Mariel Cubans that left Cuba actually ended up in the United States, not Guantanamo Bay, and while Cuban refugees do occasionally slip into Guantanamo Bay, the amount of refugees living there is no where near the 30,000 being claimed. In fact the most ever held there was 10,000 refugees.
There were Kosovar Albanian refugees there in the late 1990's, but only up to 10,000 were there at the most, and it was temporary until they were later resettled in the United States, or went back home to Kosovo.

Twentynine Palms Marine Base, California
The claim: Birthplace of the infamous "Would you shoot American citizens?" Quiz. New camps being built on "back 40".
What it really is: First, the actually name of the base is the "Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms" and is located right inside the Morongo Basin and the High Desert region of the Mojave Desert.
Using Google maps I've taken a look at the base and the area around it, and while there are some small buildings around the main part of the base itself, none of them are large enough to hold large amounts of people, nor do most of them even appear to be fenced in.
As for the "Would you shoot American citizens?" quiz, it's still questionable if this was even real, but from what information from I can find (mind you this is from conspiracy theorists, so it might all be a hoax) it was apparently part of a marine survey (and not an actual quiz) done back in the mid 1990's, and according to the claims that I found, the overwhelming majority of them said that they wouldn't.

Camp Lejeune / New River Marine Airfield, North Carolina
The claim: facility has renovated, occupied WWII detention compounds and "mock city" that closely resembles Anytown, USA.
What it really is: First, the claim that the sites were World War Two detention compounds (or POW camps) is false. There never were any POW camps there.
As for the claim that the facilities have been renovated, well, both bases are 70 years old, so it isn't surprising that the buildings there are occasional renovated and update from time to time.
There is also no evidence to suggest that the bases have mock cities located on them, and even if they did it still wouldn't mean the place is a FEMA camp, just that it's a place to train in urban combat.

Barbers Point NAS, Hawaii
The claim: There are several military areas that could be equipped for detention / deportation.
What it really is: The navy and marine air station, the Naval Air Station Barbers Point, was closed in the 1990's, and the only military presence there today is a few planes and helicopters there that are operated by the US Coast Guard. It should also be noted that it is the only Coast Guard Air Station within the 14th United States Coast Guard District.
The site itself is now called the Kalaeloa Airport, and is open to the public. Other then the Coast Guard, there is no military presence there.
