The claim: Manned, staffed FEMA prison on route 230, no prisoners.
What it really is: After taking a look at the town on Google maps in satellite mode, I believe I have determined three possible locations that are being mistaken for this alleged FEMA camp.
The first one could be Clothing Carnival.
The second one could be Brannen Motor Co.
And the third one could be the local Red Carpet Inn.
