The claim: None, just listed as a possible FEMA camp site
What it really is: Also known as Area 52, it's a restricted military installation, often times claimed to be associated and apart of Area 51.
Due to the fact of it's secretive nature (even the name of it's commander is classified) it would probably be natural for a conspiracy theorist to claim a FEMA camp is there. The fact that it's associated with other conspiracy theories only helps confirm, in their minds, that particular base would be the location of a FEMA camp, even through they have no clue what is there.

Nevada Test Site, Nevada
The claim: None, it's just listed a possible site.
What it really is: Now called the Nevada National Security Site, it was established in 1951 by President Harry Truman as a place to test nuclear weapons, and was used as recently as December 7, 2012 to conduct nuclear tests (be it underground and not an explosive type).
The site is also open to monthly tours to the public as well.
Due to the fact that there is a lack information on this alleged FEMA camp site, and the fact that it is open to the public, it just seems highly unlikely that a FEMA camp would be located here.

Nellis AFB, Nevada
The claim: is just north of Las Vegas on Hwy 604.
What it really is: It's an Air Force that has been around since 1941.
Besides having several major air units, it's other main purposes is for training and testing.
Nellis most likely wouldn't have a FEMA there due to the that fact it would be hard to hide in the first place. Not only is it near the city of Las Vegas, it's also being constantly watch by UFO hunters who think that it is connect to Area 51, so the base is already being constantly watch by people who think that the government is hiding alien spaceships out in the middle of the dessert.

Stillwater Naval Air Station, Nevada
The claim: east
of Reno. No additional data.
What it really is: Besides the clearly poor research that's been done due to the lack of data, it's not even called the Stillwater Naval Air Station, it's called Naval Air Station Fallon, it's only near a road called Stillwater Ave., there are areas around it that is accessible to the public, and it even contains it's own museum.
It's not exactly a place the government can hide a secret prison at...

Nellis Air Force Range, Nevada
The claim: Northwest from Las Vegas on Route 95. Nellis
AFB is just north of Las Vegas on Hwy 604.
What it really is: First, it's no longer called the Nellis Air Force Range, it's called the Nevada Test and Training Range.
The site was also used for nuclear tests between 1957 to 1963 and some areas are still contaminated from those tests. The site is still used to as test and hold simulate air warfare exercises there every year with NATO called RED FLAG, as well as Green Flag, a warfare exercise emphasizing the electronic aspects of airborne warfare.
It should be noted that Area 51 is there, and because of the top secret level security that goes on there and myths that go along with Area 51 it may have lead some conspiracy theorists to believe that this would be a natural place to put a interment camp.

Winnemucca, Nevada
The claim: Battle Mountain area - at the base of the

Pershing County, Nevada
The claim: Camp is located at I-80 mile marker 112,
south side of the highway, about a mile back on the county road and then just
off the road about 3/4mi.
What it really is: The only thing I found around there while looking on Google maps was a big rig depot and a small warehouse with a few trailers around it.

Wells, Nevada
The claim: Camp is located in the O'Niel basin area, 40 miles north of Wells, past Thousand Springs, west off Hwy 93 for 25 miles.
What it really is: I've looked on Google maps in satellite view, and other then a few roads and a near by bed and breakfast place, I can find nothing there what so ever. There is no prison camp or anything of the like located there. It's just barren land.

Elko, Nevada
The claim: Ten miles south of town.
What it really is: The main thing that is ten miles south of that town is the South Fork State Recreation Area and the South Fork Reservoir. According to it's website it's a tourist attraction, and attracts a large number or hunters, boaters, campers, etc. It's not exactly the ideal place to hide a prison camp.
