What it really is: Besides being the second largest city in the State of New York, it's also a major port for the Great Lakes, and also contains multiple railway lines going into the city. There are many warehouses there, and any one of them could be mistaken for a FEMA camp or detention facility to anyone who thinks that such places are real.
